History.

Joe & CAL Company Limited was incorporated in 2017 to provide civil engineering works and General trading of Goods and Services. It started by serving individuals but  being motivated by its vision and values, it has been able to create innovative and distinguished strategies to build a wide range of customers, which included  Government Institutions, Companies, Banks and Individuals.
